Job Description

Corporate Finance and Legal- Associate Manager

Statutory Audit - Finalisation & Reporting including Trusts.

Tax audit - Finalisation, Direct TAX corporate & Related filings.

Secretarial Compliances: Related Filing, Board meeting. General Meeting.

Labor Law Compliances: Payments & Filing.

Management Reporting - Cost review, Periodic Cost analysis.

Process review, designing & implementation of new processes, automations in various areas of Payroll and Compliances.

Income Tax Assessment & Appeals: Filing Response for TAX Assessments/Appeals, co-ordination with consultants for submission with the authorities.

Insurance: Ensure coverage of employee insurances, company assets and other corporate global coverage. Tracking for renewal / issuance of new policies, before expiry.\

Gratuity & CSR Trust: Registration of trust, convene meeting of trustees and obtain adequate insurance coverage for all employees for future service gratuity. Obtain acturial valuation. Investment of gratuity liability to eligible funds as approved by trustees. Settlement of gratuity to eligible employees. Payment validation.

Payroll Processing/Validation: Payroll Finalisation and complying related statutory compliance.

Payroll Withholding Taxes compliance - Payments & Filing.
