Associate Manager - Infratructure

Purpose/Objective

The Infrastructure Manager at Adani Realty in Mumbai will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring efficient operations, and driving the successful completion of infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly within the Adani Realty sector

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Leading and managing all infrastructure projects within Adani Realty in Mumbai - Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with overall business goals - Overseeing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials - Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards - Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly - Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance - Implementing best practices for construction project management and driving continuous improvement - Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders - Ensuring quality control and quality assurance throughout the construction process

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in project management tools and software,Extensive knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques,Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards,Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus - 8-10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on infrastructure projects
