Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee grievances and concerns, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction within the organization. Oversee corporate HR initiatives such as performance management systems, talent acquisition programs, and training & development activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employment law by maintaining accurate records of employee relations matters. Collaborate with senior leadership team members to develop business strategies that align with organizational goals. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field (HRBP). Strong understanding of Employee Grievances, Corporate HR, Employee Engagement, Employee Induction, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Grievance Management, and Employee Communication. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
