Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess deep subject knowledge, a knack for teaching defence aspirants, and the ability to simplify complex concepts in alignment with the UPSC/Defence exam pattern and syllabus. Job Location: Dehradun & Lucknow Role: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and exam-oriented lectures in Chemistry for NDA, CDS, and AFCAT aspirants. Design, plan, and execute structured lesson plans based on the defence exam syllabus. Create high-quality study materials, practice questions, and mock tests with solutions. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and student assessments. Collaborate with content teams to develop recorded/live modules. Stay up to date with exam pattern and syllabus changes. Guide and mentor students on subject and strategy. Engage in curriculum planning and academic innovation. Required Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemistry or related field. B.Ed. or teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 1–5 years of teaching experience for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, or similar exams. Experience with online/hybrid platforms is a plus.
