Were seeking a dynamic finance professional to anchor our international growth initiatives and cross-border operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strategic clarity to complex workflows, and can seamlessly coordinate across global teams and external partners.

What You’ll Drive

• Global Expansion Enablement:

  Spearhead entity setup and governance across regions, ensuring compliance with international legal and regulatory frameworks.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with HR, legal, consultants, and business leaders to execute strategic initiatives and ensure operational alignment.

• Payments & Controls:

  Own end-to-end payment workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal financial policies.

• Vendor & Banking Relations:

  Manage external engagements with banks and service providers to support infrastructure and growth.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Deliver insights through performance tracking and internal reporting across international operations.

• Process Innovation:

  Identify and implement scalable improvements across finance and operational workflows.

• Strategic Event Coordination:

  Support leadership workshops, restructuring events, and multi-region engagements.

• Ad-hoc Global Projects:

  Provide strategic support on international mandates and structural transitions.

What You Bring

• CA with 3+ years of experience or CA Inter / MBA in Finance with 7–10 years of experience in international finance or business operations.
• Deep understanding of global business structures, compliance norms, and entity setup protocols.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across geographies with finesse and clarity.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in growth and transformation projects.
• Comfort with ambiguity, agility in decision-making, and excellence in cross-functional coordination.
