Are you a content professional seeking a meaningful role that blends social impact with strategic storytelling? At MSC (MicroSave Consulting), we are hiring an Associate Manager – Content for our Communications team in Delhi.

This is your opportunity if you love writing, hate micromanagement, and thrive on transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. You’ll work closely with our global research teams to turn raw data, field notes, and expert insights into high-quality blogs, op-eds, reports, and presentations that influence change. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, has a strong editorial eye, and brings 8–10 years of content creation experience.

Beyond writing, you will lead a small team, uphold our house style, and help build editorial skills through training and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about development issues, from finance and agriculture to health and climate. If you are skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, and plain English writing and strive to create work that matters, join us and shape powerful narratives that reach and impact global audiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Writing, content creation, and editorial experience, preferably in nonfiction or general publishing, business content, or technical content
• Should be able to guide a small team of content specialists toward growth.
• Should be interested in areas, such as development, poverty alleviation, and environmental and gender issues
• Attention to detail, ability to pick out Indianisms, a strong sense of style and grammar, ability to work well under tight deadlines, ability to create, edit, and rewrite content while preserving meaning
• Ability to solve problems, stay organized, “stay on top of things,” and track and prioritize tasks.
• A self-starter who can handle a steep learning curve, maintains their cool under pressure, and takes initiative
• Experience with prompting and LLMs is a must.
• Ability to create a variety of text—including blogs, large-format reports, PPT decks, and marketing material
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team-playing capabilities.
• Strong foundation in US English and an ability to switch between US and UK English
• Ability to multitask while helping out on the team
• A rigorous approach to adhering to in-house editorial guidelines, brand guidelines, and client guidelines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word (including tracking changes) and PowerPoint.
