Role & responsibilities
A) Client Relationship:Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clientsUnderstand the clients business and upsell and cross-sell servicesResponsible for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportB) Revenue Generation:Create opportunities for revenue generation through existing and new clients andachieve business targetsFollow-up on leads provided by BD Head and convert into businessC) Pre-Sales activities and documentation:Make presentations and information documents to educate clients about companyscapabilities and achievementsLiaise for completing the documentation post deal closureConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsD) Others:Liaise between the clients and delivery teams.Research and present market conditions, competitive data, and trends to managementSubmit monthly sales forecast and sales pipeline, keep records of sales, revenue, invoicesCompetencies:Confident person with 1 2 years experience in sales and marketing in the financial service or consulting industry, preferably risk and analytics consulting.Should possess excellent people skills including excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.Strong analytical and numerical ability with experience in generating reports, datapresentation etc.The candidate should possess superlative presentation and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and balancing competing priorities.Demonstrated networking through social media.
