As an Associate Manager – Business Analytics, you’ll turn raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. You’ll work across diverse datasets, tools, and teams to centralize information, streamline reporting, and identify opportunities for both operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management: Handle large, multidimensional datasets with precision, ensuring impeccable data integrity and accuracy. Manage ETL pipelines using advanced BI tools and spreadsheet solutions.
2. Data Integration & Automation: Automate data workflows using APIs and scripting tools to consolidate multiple data sources into unified, end-to-end reporting views.
3. Business Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analyses to reveal trends, opportunities, and anomalies. Present actionable insights that influence strategic direction.
4. Dashboard & Report Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools. Translate complex datasets into intuitive visual formats.
5. Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and internal platforms to enrich website user behavior datasets to ensure comprehensive, actionable analytics.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Present insights clearly and succinctly to cross-functional stakeholders. Create concise, high-impact narratives backed by data.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a related field
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics), or equivalent practical experience
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
4. Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio for dashboarding and data visualization
5. Strong experience with APIs and scripting-based automation
6. Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
7. Experience using web analytics platforms like Google Analytics
8. Ability to effectively leverage AI tools and craft prompts to drive analytical outcomes
