Associate Lead HR

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for a wide range of key responsibilities including Policy Formulation, Research Benchmarking, HR Systems and Processes Operations Management Deployment, HR Analytics Metrics Reporting, Knowledge Management HR Capability Building, Vendor Relationship Management, Employer Branding and Positioning, Function-specific Initiatives, Audits Compliance. Your role involves working closely with seniors to plan, execute, and monitor specific activities while ensuring HR service delivery effectiveness. You will also collate data related to HR processes and programs, analyze this data, and prepare various status reports, dashboards, and analytics reports to help assess compliance levels, business impact, and organizational health under the guidance of Lead General HR. In addition to the key responsibilities, you will be expected to possess certain technical requirements such as good knowledge of HR fundamentals, in-depth understanding of key HR processes, knowledge of MS Office applications, and basic knowledge of SAP. Your skills should include counseling skills, HR functional skills, communication skills, influencing skills, conflict management, prioritizing skills, interpersonal skills, assertiveness, detail orientation, analytical skills, program management, multi-tasking, and presentation skills. Moreover, you will be required to meet additional criteria for higher proficiency, which includes independently managing IS and other HR teams interfacing, as well as contributing significantly to 2 or more initiatives related to training, research, benchmarking, survey, etc. Furthermore, if you possess preferred skills in HRD->HRD - Others, it will be considered an added advantage for the role.,
