Designation – Brand Protection
Office Location – Electronic City, Bangalore
Purpose: Anti-counterfeiting and brand protection operations in the parts department are crucial for building trust and upholding the company's core values. By ensuring that only genuine parts are available, these operations protect customers from the risks associated with counterfeit products, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. This commitment to authenticity and quality not only maximizes the value customers receive but also reinforces their trust in the brand, leading to long-term loyalty and sustained revenue growth
Primary Responsibilities:

Management of Investigation agencies for investigations and Anti-Counterfeiting Operations

Guiding Investigation teams for investigations on priorities laid by business
-
Collection of actionable intelligence and evidence for initiating legal action against counterfeiters

Arrangement of legal documentation for Criminal, Civil actions against infringers
-
Ensuring successful legal actions to be conducted within ambit of existing privacy laws.

Support parts team in improvement of business in areas wherever enforcement actions conducted

Support part team in Legal Metrology Compliances, replies to notices and handling legal issues
-
Support Oil team in registration and protection of IP (Intellectual Property)

Management of parts Stockist’s agreements, infra-assessment and recommendations on Stockist's stability & Supply Chain Audits

To watch the performance of the appointed agencies and keep follow up to meet the targets check the legal status of the prior cases

Visit the Law Enforcement departments / Govt. Authorities to sort out the queries arising if any during the raid or post raid

Support legal team in litigations pertaining to Parts business
Educational Qualification preferred – Bachelor’s LLB - Preferred
