Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records like personal files.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, exit letters).
  • Manage onboarding and exit formalities..
  • Maintain HR databases, trackers, and reports.

Onboarding

  • Assist in background verification.
  • Facilitate induction/orientation programs for new employees.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Circulate HR communications, policies, and updates.

Compliance & Policy

  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6months–1years of experience in HR administration/operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
