Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records like personal files.
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, exit letters).
Manage onboarding and exit formalities..
Maintain HR databases, trackers, and reports.

Onboarding

Assist in background verification.
Facilitate induction/orientation programs for new employees.

Employee Engagement & Support

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Circulate HR communications, policies, and updates.

Compliance & Policy

Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
6months–1years of experience in HR administration/operations.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
