· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
· Support onboarding formalities, documentation, and assist with background verifications for new hires.
· Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies, guidelines, and employee handbooks.
· Help organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
· Facilitate performance review processes by coordinating appraisals and managing employee KPIs.
· Collect, monitor, and report on key HR metrics and performance indicators to support management decisions.
· Respond to employee queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
· Prepare reports and maintain trackers related to HR operations, compliance, and organizational goals.
· Ensure all HR processes and documentation comply with legal and organizational standards.
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations or administration.
· Familiar with onboarding, documentation, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
· Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and maintaining HR reports.
· Knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance preferred.
· Experience in stakeholder management, query handling and employee management will be beneficial.
