Perform routine and deep cleaning of radiology rooms including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and procedure rooms.
Clean floors, walls, beds, trolleys, consoles, and high-touch surfaces as per defined protocols.
Dispose biomedical and general waste following hospital guidelines.
Ensure linen collection, replacement, and proper handling of soiled materials.
Follow aseptic cleaning practices to reduce contamination risk.
Use approved disinfectants and follow correct dilution/usage procedures.
Adhere to hand hygiene and PPE protocols.
Maintain cleanliness standards required for sensitive imaging equipment areas.
Ensure all imaging rooms are prepared before and after patient procedures.
Replenish consumables (tissue rolls, sanitizers, protective sheets, etc.).
Ensure stretchers, wheelchairs, and patient waiting areas are clean and organized.
Report equipment malfunctions, spills, or hazards immediately.
Assist in guiding patients within the Radiology area (non-clinical support).
Maintain privacy, comfort, and a clean environment for patients and attendants.
Coordinate with radiographers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
