Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet organizational needs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including staff attendance, work completed, and any issues or concerns.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably as an Incharge or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures is required, along with knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to housekeeping management.
