Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the entire housekeeping team across all campus buildings, classrooms, hostels, administrative blocks, and common areas.
• Ensure daily cleaning schedules are executed efficiently and maintain hygiene standards across the institution.
• Responsible for ordering, stocking, and maintaining cleaning materials, chemicals, and consumables.
• Oversee the operation, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of all housekeeping machinery such as scrubbers, vacuums, polishers, etc.
• Conduct regular audits of cleanliness and housekeeping performance.
• Assign duties to sweepers and housekeeping staff and monitor their daily work performance.
• Coordinate with the Admin Department for procurement, vendor management, and work planning.
• Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, machine handling, and safety protocols.
• Handle housekeeping records, machine logbooks, and material consumption registers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in Housekeeping Supervision / Facility Management (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, tools, and professional cleaning machinery.
• Ability to manage a large team effectively.
• Good communication, planning, and monitoring skills.
• Should be disciplined, organized, and capable of maintaining institutional hygiene standards.
