Associate Growth Marketer

As an experienced Marketing professional with 3-6 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work from home in Noida. Your role will involve developing and executing a growth plan in collaboration with the team, creating and delivering marketing collateral for campaigns, and identifying innovative opportunities for world-class campaigns. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing channel opportunities with technology partners, as well as owning and executing events, webinars, and performance marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee affiliate marketing and community building initiatives, while continuously reporting, recommending, and iterating on campaigns to drive increased ROI. Your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities, threats, and challenges in the market and taking appropriate actions. You will work closely with data, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and success. Furthermore, performing keyword research and competitor analysis will be essential for creating strategic content plays for new content, content optimization, and new content formats. You will devise a content roadmap and plan for the middle and bottom of the organic funnel, leading projects from inception to completion, and providing detailed opportunity assessments and impact reporting. Moreover, you will be expected to monitor and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, offering insights and recommendations to the broader team. Your experience in B2B product marketing, particularly in the SaaS space, will be valuable, along with your excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market plans, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing.
