Associate General Manager - Fit Outs

Purpose/Objective

This position is responsible for executing on-the-ground fit-out projects for Adani Realty’s commercial properties, including malls and office spaces. This includes ensuring proper coordination with architects, vendors, and contractors, overseeing technical installations, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role ensures compliance with fire and safety regulations, while actively engaging with brand stakeholders to ensure design and quality expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Head - Fit-Out (Malls & Offices) Project Leadership and Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of fit-out projects, from initial planning and design approvals through to completion, ensuring alignment with client and brand requirements. Oversee all aspects of fit-out installations for stores, office spaces, hotels, and retail areas, ensuring that each project is executed to Adani Realty’s standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and resolve issues as they arise. Technical Coordination and Compliance: Coordinate closely with architects, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, and structural engineers to ensure cohesive project planning and execution. Determine optimal placement for key installations such as MEP systems, sprinklers, and fire safety components, ensuring that each fit-out aligns with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Enforce compliance with all fire and safety regulations across each project site. Stakeholder Engagement and Brand Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand representatives, including stakeholders in retail, office, and hospitality spaces, providing guidance, intervention, and support as needed. Work with each brand’s architects, vendors, and project managers to align on design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Host regular coordination meetings with brand representatives, ensuring that all project specifications meet brand expectations and Adani Realty’s quality standards. Team Collaboration and Standards Management: Collaborate closely with internal project teams to streamline fit-out processes, optimize resources, and deliver projects on time. Ensure that Adani Realty’s fit-out and design standards are consistently applied across all projects and that client expectations are met or exceeded. Implement quality control measures, perform inspections, and ensure adherence to fire and safety protocols. Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering OR Related Fields. 10+ Years of work experince in Fit Out Projects for Commercial properties, including malls and office spaces
