About the Role

The Associate – Founder’s Office is a high-impact, cross-functional role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, and executes ruthlessly. You will work directly with the CEO on core growth priorities: business development strategy, new sector expansion, R&D pilots, and strategic partnerships. This role will serve as an in-house “special projects” leader, helping shape and scale key initiatives across departments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

• Identify and evaluate new GTM (Go-To-Market) verticals and partnership opportunities
• Support high-value client pursuits, investor conversations, and enterprise pitches
• Develop BD playbooks and frameworks for sector-specific growth (e.g., Defense, Dairy, Cloud Kitchens)

R&D & Product Innovation Support

• Collaborate with the CEO, engineering, and academic partners (e.g., IITM) on modular design and materials research.
• Track global prefab innovations and prepare research notes for potential adoption.
• Drive pilot deployments of new product lines and collect structured feedback.

Project & Initiative Management

• Program manage high-priority founder-led projects from ideation to execution.
• Monitor metrics, track OKRs, and ensure on-time delivery of outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams (Sales, Design, Engineering) and external partners.

Investor & Strategic Communication

• Assist in preparing investor decks, board updates, and sector deep-dives.
• Conduct market research, TAM estimation, and competition bench marking.

Founder Delegated Operations

• Represent the founder in internal or external meetings where needed.
• Draft critical documents, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or Business from a Tier-1 institution
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 2–5 years in consulting, early-stage startups, R&D-led enterprises, or CEO office roles.
• Exposure to construction, infra, design-tech, or deeptech sectors is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong research and analytical ability, complemented by storytelling skills using tools like PPT, Excel, and interactive, design-rich presentation platforms.
• Hands-on with execution, structured thinking, and navigating unstructured problem statements.
• Comfortable working across functions and managing senior stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, infrastructure, and nation-building.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC INR 10–16 LPA (based on experience)
