Associate Director-Product

As a Product Manager at Biz2Credit, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the digital lending and SaaS initiatives. Your role will require strategic thinking, deep understanding of lending products, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions. Here's what you will be doing: - Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company's mission and strategic objectives. - Create and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive growth. - Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Experience in roadmap planning and prioritization. - Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and user feedback for product enhancements. - Champion a user-centric approach to product design and development. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for integrated product solutions. - Support internal teams through product knowledge transfer sessions and activities like product demonstrations. - Utilize data analytics to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions. - Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure product roadmap alignment with company goals. - Experience in consumer/business-facing internet products and shipping features at scale. Qualifications required for this role: - Any Degree - B. Tech/ B.E./MBA/M. Tech preferably full time. - Minimum of 10+ years of Product Management experience. - Experience in BFSI, Fintech, and lending is preferred. - Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making. - Mandatory experience in handling loans product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle. - Thorough understanding of standard software development lifecycle for enterprise software applications. - Knowledge of MongoDB or any NoSQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL. - Strong communication proficiency (written and verbal) and people skills. - Experience with Agile SCRUM training and related certifications preferred.
