About the Role:

Performance Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities:

Media Strategy & Planning (Brand & Performance):

  • Develop and implement performance-first media strategies across Google and Meta.
  • Build, optimize, and scale campaigns to achieve client KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
  • Oversee performance-led integrated media plans ensuring alignment with client goals.

Client Management:

  • Act as the strategic point of contact for key client relationships.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable performance marketing strategies.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations effectively.

Operations & Execution:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of performance campaigns across platforms.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns with timely optimizations and reporting.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Guide and mentor performance marketing teams to drive excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, data, tech, analytics) to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new tools, platforms, and strategies.


Skills

  • Hands on experience on Google and Meta
  • Ability to forecast expected outcomes of Brand and ROI campaigns and manage spend accordingly
  • Proven expertise with relevant platform tools (DoubleClick Bid Manager, Google AdWords tools, Facebook tools etc.), Media Research Tools (ComScore, GWI, TGI etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
  • Superb client relationship and management skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box
  • Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills
  • Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development and improvement

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in media agencies or brand side from 6 to 9 years
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree or related work experience
  • Concentration in Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Google and Facebook Blueprint Certified Professional
  • Extreme attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
