We are seeking an

Associate Director of Sales

to support the hotel s revenue growth and drive sales strategies. In this role, you will lead sales activities, develop client relationships, and guide the team in achieving revenue targets while ensuring alignment with

IHG brand standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement hotel sales and marketing plans.
  • Manage, coach, and guide the sales team to deliver results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Represent the hotel in trade shows, sales calls, and community activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality (preferred).
  • Minimum

    4 5 years of hotel sales experience

    , including supervisory responsibility.
  • Knowledge of the local market and corporate sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with IHG sales systems (Concerto, Delphi, Amadeus) preferred.
