Who We Are Looking For

Experience

8+ years in sales, strategy, or P&L ownership roles—preferably within automotive, e-commerce, or marketplace domains.

Industry Knowledge

A strong understanding of the used car ecosystem, dealer dynamics, and auction-led sales models.

Skills

Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. A sharp business acumen and a growth-first mindset are key.

Adaptability
