Job Description

The Associate Director at Accenture is responsible for contributing to the growth of the business by expanding Accenture's presence and market share within the client's industry. You will be accountable for a portion of the business results on the account, and are expected to bring forth disruptive and innovative ideas to identify new opportunities. In addition to pursuing business-as-usual opportunities, you will leverage industry networks and collaborate with experienced CALs to gain insights into the industry's growth at Accenture and develop industry expertise. Your role will also involve engaging in complex commercial problems and negotiations, and deepening your understanding of Accenture's organizational constructs, networks, offerings, and ecosystem partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to the client. Furthermore, you will be leading or contributing to the development of assets and offerings. Building long-standing, trust-based relationships is a key aspect of this role, where you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the client's C-suite by gaining a deep understanding of the client and the industry. You will need to build networks within Accenture to bring the best of the organization to the client and foster collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate should possess rich experience in the Consumer Goods industry with a strong understanding of industry, digital, and technology trends. You are expected to have a proven track record of client relations management at a C-suite level or senior management role in the industry, with at least 17+ years of experience in consulting and account management, preferably in the domestic consulting industry. Experience working in a consulting firm and with C-level executives at client organizations would be advantageous.
