Key Responsibilities:

Digital Payments and Digital Lending:

1. Lead research efforts to understand market trends in digital payments and lending.
2. Work on solution capabilities, technology architecture and innovative solutions to enhance digital payment and lending products.
3. Keep track of the latest developments in the payments and lending sector across the Globe and suggest solutions for replication in India
4. Enhancing compliance and risk framework for Digital payment and lending solutions in India

Merchant Onboarding and Promotion:

1. Conduct market research on merchant needs and preferences in digital payment systems.
2. Research and implement how the onboading process for new merchants can be made more efficient

International Payments:

1. Lead research efforts on digital payment and lending solutions in targeted countries
2. Develop solutions and strategies, on how India learnings can be replicated in targeted countries

Financial Inclusion:

1. Conduct in-depth analysis and research on financial inclusion strategies and initiatives.
2. Design solutions and implement programs to enhance access to financial services in underserved communities.

Report and Presentation Development:

1. Requirements gathering and process design
2. Effectively translate data findings into insights that can be easily understood by clients
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive reports and presentations.
4. Create client-ready deliverables in a timely and efficient manner

Internal Coordination:

1. Work closely with senior management to understand project requirements.
2. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Econometrics, Technology or Business Administration.
2. 4-5 years of experience in a UPI/Digital lending/ Digital payments domain, preferably at the Assistant Manager level in a reputed Consulting firm/Think tank.
3. Understand the technology architecture in UPI payments, Digital lending, Fintech space
4. Proven experience in conducting detailed research and analysis.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
