Director

in our

Team

you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Go-to-Market and Eminence

Work with market offering leaders to chalk out the overall brand go-to-market and narrative strategy based on business priorities and market opportunities
Understanding of the cybersecurity market landscape, both from the demand and the supply side
Create plans for execution, with detailed conceptualization of all major marketing and eminence initiatives and campaigns and work with business, marketing, and sales team to execute the plans
Co-design eminence and customer experience programs, with a well thought objective, approach, agenda, and outcomes, and provide support in execution
Identify marquee events, and help orchestrate participation, in collaboration with multiple teams
Foster relationships with industry bodies, and chalk out areas of engagement, such as joint eminence efforts (roundtables, roadshows, reports)
Act as an SME, knowledge partner and key point of contact for the internal marketing teams, to help orchestrate implementation

Desired qualifications

Research, insights, content, and thought leadership

Ability to research on technology, market, regulatory, and cyber threats, and create/author thought leadership content in the form of reports, whitepapers, media articles/responses, blogs, and presentations
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Expertise in secondary research (scanning market reports, tech blogs, government guidelines, regulatory circulars, company 10K and investor presentations) and the ability to spot market trends
Experience in primary research (conducting surveys and interacting with CXOs and industry experts) to gauge trends and derive both qualitative and quantitative insights
Scoping research requirements and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external research vendors to execute research studies
Ability to analyze content and data to create techno-commercial pieces that bring out Deloitte s unique voice and perspectives
Superior analytical and storytelling skillsets
Work with media relation teams to identify top trends for content outreach, and create media articles, and media responses for market offering leaders
Ability to create presentations and engaging content for leaders participating in industry conferences
Strong knowledge in cybersecurity, data privacy, and inclination towards emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Automation, IoT, Metaverse)
Knowledge of 1-2 sectors is preferrable
MS Office proficiency

Creative thinking

Ability to identify new ways of customer engagement and though leadership dissemination
Brainstorm with the team to ideate newer ways of representing content in a reader-friendly manner through presentations, infographics, videos, battle cards etc.
Innovative content creation that captures attention and improves readability
Ability to research and create new formats/templates; and provide guidance to the team
Others
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, and business, market, and brand leaders within the firm
Ability to have meaningful technology and business conversations with CXOs, industry experts, and Clients
Strong interpersonal communication skills
