As a Data Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing analysis plans and performing analyses using R, SQL, and Python on various types of data such as administrative claims, survey, and sales data. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, collaborating with various teams with minimal support from management. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate methods and analytics approach effectively to internal teams and clients - Gain expertise in methodological and analytics approach by assisting in proposal development - Support analytics product development activities and own product development efforts for single or multiple modules - Understand the context of each analysis plan piece to meet client needs and business objectives - Identify gaps in analysis plans and data limitations, and communicate effectively with project leaders for resolution - Engage in analysis plan gap discussions and brainstorm alternative solutions - Write efficient and reusable code using R, Python, and SQL - Review codes, analysis outputs, and project documents of junior team members, provide feedback, and coach them on best practices - Resolve high-risk and challenging client situations at both project and account levels - Influence clients as a strategic thought partner and develop innovative visuals and schematics for presentations - Educate both clients and internal teams on technical and contextual topics - Develop compelling stories by bridging work across different capability areas Qualifications: - Education: MS or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or Biostatistics, or Bachelors in any discipline - Work Experience: 12+ years of direct work experience in life sciences consulting, CRO, biopharma, or general consulting conducting advanced analytics This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis and advance your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.
