The candidate will work closely with the GivingPi leadership to execute key initiatives that drive the expansion and engagement of the GivingPi network in India and globally. This includes supporting relationship and partnership management and co-leading the planning and execution of high-quality events that foster connection, learning, and collaboration across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the GivingPi leadership team to support strengthening GivingPis presence in India and globally.
- Play a central role in curating, planning, and executing bespoke events including roundtables, masterclasses, learning journeys, and closed-door convenings that foster connection, learning, and collaboration among GivingPi members.
- Work cross-functionally to co-create event concepts, manage logistics, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver high-quality experiences aligned with GivingPis brand and values.
- Partner with communications and design teams to develop compelling narratives and collateral for events and member engagement.
- Support outreach and relationship-building with ecosystem partners, event collaborators, and global philanthropic networks.
- Conduct landscape research to inform programming and support families in shaping their philanthropic pathways.
Skills Required:
- Events Convening: Demonstrated experience in curating and managing impactful events end-to-end from ideation to execution that engage high-level stakeholders with polish and purpose.
- Written Communication Skills: Ability to synthesize complex content into clear narratives; articulate programmatic ideas with confidence and nuance.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency, structure, and attention to detail.
- Relationship Management: Comfortable engaging with senior leaders, philanthropists, and ecosystem partners with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
- Research Insight Development: Strong analytical and research skills to support strategy, member advisory, and event content development.
- Data Management CRM Proficiency: Experience in maintaining and organizing member and partner data using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Airtable ); ensures accurate documentation, tracks engagement, and leverages data to support strategic outreach, event planning and reporting to institutional funders.
- Entrepreneurial Attitude: Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Brings creativity, adaptability, and systems thinking to the role.
- Experience in the development sector and/or prior engagement with funders or philanthropic networks will be an added advantage.
