• Interpret client briefs to create communication aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

• Lead ideation sessions to deliver

Campaign & Client Collaboration

• Partner with art, design, strategy, client servicing, and video teams for seamless execution.
• Confidently

  present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders

• Play a key role in

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and inspire copywriters at various levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and ensure creative excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience & Expertise

• 7–10+ years in advertising, brand communication, or digital/mainline agencies.
• Strong track record in

  conceptual copywriting and integrated campaigns

• Industry exposure across domains;

  BFSI experience is a plus

  .
• Expertise in

  digital-first campaigns, social content, scriptwriting, influencer marketing

  .

Language & Communication

• Exceptional written and verbal skills in

  English & Hindi
