Associate Creative Director - Copy

As an Associate Creative Director - Copy (English), your role will involve: - Generating innovative ideas and crafting cross-media brand ideas into platform-specific campaigns - Capable of working on any channel and targeting any audience - Expertise in selling work and creating powerful decks to clearly communicate ideas to clients - Appreciation of award-winning campaign elements - Ability to work independently or collaborate with different creatives, adding value during brainstorming sessions - Offering occasional editorial support for selected briefs, balancing "the big idea" with fast-turnaround content requirements - Overseeing the work of other creatives/interns on specific projects if in a managerial position - Collaborating closely with Designers, Writers, and Techs In this role, you will be expected to: - Interpret creative briefs to develop communication and content concepts for campaigns - Act as the brand custodian and think proactively beyond the brief - Write original copy and edit content for various communication materials - Collaborate with brand and art partners to bring ideas to fruition Desired Skills & Experience: - Knowledge and experience in traditional and digital marketing - Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory with relevant work experience - Demonstrated creativity and experience in content and communication development - Strong team player with the ability to lead and guide others when necessary,
