Position Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented candidate to support our team in managing secretarial compliance and RBI related matters for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a

strong understanding of Company Law and FEMA regulations, along with hands-on experience in corporate compliance and statutory filings. This role involves working closely with internal

teams and clients to ensure adherence to Company Law, FEMA, and RBI regulations, along with overseeing other statutory registrations and filings

Key Responsibilities:

Company Law and FEMA Matters:

• Preparation and maintenance of Maintenance of Statutory Register

• Conducting of Board Meetings

• Conducting of Shareholders Meetings

• Preparation and maintenance of Minutes

• Filing of forms and returns with MCA.

• Filing of forms and returns with RBI.

• Assisting the team in providing inputs for statutory audit

Relevant Experience & Skills :

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in secretarial compliance, Company Law, and RBI-related matters.

• Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Professional Qualifications :

• CS Qualified or Intermediate.

• MBA / M.Com. / B.Com.
