Associate Consultant

As a Tele Sales Representative, your role involves reaching out to new and potential customers within a defined target market audience. You will be responsible for presenting our product and service offerings, addressing customer inquiries, understanding their requirements, and providing solutions based on their needs. Additionally, you will need to direct prospects to the sales team and maintain an updated customer database. Key Responsibilities: - Measure identified KPIs - Strive towards meeting sales quota - Track and document calls and sales - Update client records - Prepare and present achievements and KPIs - Collaborate with key stakeholders to complete the sale process - Build internal and external relationships - Manage all inbound leads generated through marketing activities Qualifications Required: - 5-6 years of experience as a Tele Sales Representative or similar sales role - Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas - Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software - Ability and willingness to learn about product and service specifications and benefits - Patient and friendly personality to handle a high volume of prospect calls daily - Team player with good time management skills - Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Account management and relationship-building skills - BSc/BA is a plus In addition to the technical requirements and qualifications, you should also possess strong analytical skills to excel in this role.,
