Job Description

We are seeking a skilled FCCM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic global team. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in deploying Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) products—with a focus on modules such as AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CS. You will drive successful solution implementation, work closely with internal and client teams, and play a key role in ensuring system integration, configuration, and knowledge transfer for our clients.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and deploy FCCM solutions within client environments, coordinating closely with customer technical teams.
  • Support all phases of FCCM deployments, including initial installation, applying patches and upgrades, system configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Document and discuss client environment configurations, maintaining clear and actionable records.
  • Promote and contribute to FCCM best practice methodologies and participate in knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Apply security best practices related to user authorization and authentication during solution deployment.
  • Engage with clients to assess IT strategies, provide expert guidance, and lead integration efforts for FCCM solutions.
  • Demonstrate independent, proactive decision-making and maintain flexibility for global travel assignments as required by project needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in implementing software solutions within the financial services or technology sector.
  • Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and supporting FCCM solutions (such as AML, KYC, ECM, and CS)
  • Strong knowledge of system security, particularly in user authorization and authentication.
  • Proven client interaction and IT strategy assessment skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally based on project requirements.
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

# Good-to-Have

  • Background in deploying NICE Actimize, SAS (Institute), LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Fenergo, or Norkom compliance solutions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI).
  • Experience with LDAP-based Directory Server technologies.
  • Working knowledge of job scheduling products such as AutoSys and Control-M.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry landscape and regulatory frameworks.
