Associate - Business Development

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Your responsibilities will include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer & vendor satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through email and phone, we would like to meet you. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Additionally, setting up meetings with potential vendors and onboarding them to our platform will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need to develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product and our service. Conducting virtual meet-ups to create new business relationships and explaining product functionalities to clients will also be essential. Guiding customers for suitable product/service package selection based on their requirements and use case is crucial for success. Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting up meetings with potential clients to explain our platform and services, as well as listening to their wishes and concerns. Following up on sales inquiries from various channels and preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services are also key aspects of this role. As a Sales Executive, you should have experience in a relevant role, proficiency in English and Tamil (proficiency in any other language is a plus), excellent knowledge of MS Office, and experience with CRM software. A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, a passion for sales, and a results-driven approach are qualities we are looking for in the ideal candidate.
