Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager to join the My11Circle Brand team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, an eye for design, and a creative flair. As an Associate Manager- Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy, ensuring our ads resonate with our target audience and we elevate our brand presence in the competitive fantasy gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• To understand business and marketing goals at large and devise a comprehensive execution plan to meet campaign objectives.
• Work closely with the in-house design team to create powerful assets that drive performance marketing and enhance the company's overall business metrics.
• Work closely with the Brand Manager to draft creative briefs for external agency partners for content development.
• Work closely with the Brand manager in the development of creative assets - Ad films, Digital video ads, Meta and Google UAC static ads, Influencer marketing collaterals, Landing Pages, Platform specific ads, and be directly responsible for quality checks and timely delivery of the same.
• To explore new content categories and formats based on a data backed approach (basis hypotheses, experiments and observations)
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the in-house campaign team, product marketing team, and tech team to ensure consistency in brand communication and design across all touchpoints
• Work closely with the Brand manager to grow our current network of agency partners; and with internal teams- Legal, Finance and Accounts on vendor management, budget negotiation, and contract management
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all brand-related collaterals.

Skills & Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in account management/marketing roles at an advertising agency or a consumer brand.
2. Good visual and content conceptualization skills with an attention to detail.
3. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
4. Strong in analytics, data-driven experimentation and problem-solving.
5. Self-motivated, strong collaborator, excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, ability to organize and communicate critical information to external partners and internal stakeholders.
