Core Responsibilities
The Category operations team comprises digital consulting professionals with expertise in the domain of e-commerce/online retail focused on customer analytics and insights. The team uses the power of data analytics and industry research to ensure supreme customer experience on Lowes.com, which is one of the most crucial levers in driving online revenue growth. As an associate analyst your day to day activity would involve :
- Execute processes as per Standard Operating Procedure and Manuals with no errors.
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators
- Effectively communicate with peers, leaders and stakeholders across location
- Highlight process gaps and issues on time
- Contribute towards streamlining and improving business processes
- Participate in process trainings and build process expertise rapidly
- Proactively stay up to date on business context and process knowledge
- Own data accuracy and trend monitoring towards business targets
Primary
Required Skill Set
- Knowledge of ecommerce and merchandising
- Basic working experience in MS-Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw insights
- Understanding of online merchandising, marketing and selling principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytics, Statistics background
Secondary
- Experience/Knowledge in Omni-Channel merchandising/marketing
