Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Agency Development Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, monitoring agent performance, and providing ongoing coaching and support. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
