Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Agency Development Manager located in Kerala, India. The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training advisors, developing and implementing agency sales strategies, managing relationships with agents, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, providing ongoing support and motivation to agents, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
