Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Agency Development Manager, located in Coimbatore. The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing agency partners to drive sales growth. Daily tasks include managing agent performance, providing coaching and support, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves building strong relationships with agency partners and aligning their activities with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

Experience in agency development, recruitment, and training
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to monitor and analyze sales targets and performance metrics
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
