Job Description

As a responsible individual, your role will involve the recruitment of high-quality agents, their development, meeting WFYP business targets, conducting career seminars for agents, and regular communication of Agent RnR. Your key responsibilities will include developing various sources of agent hiring, building a team of agents, and maintaining an agent pipeline. You will also conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall, generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring, and organize career seminars for prospects. Ensuring product knowledge through MLI ways of training, field demonstration, and development of agent prospecting, calling, and work habits will be crucial aspects of agent development. Collaborating with agents to plan and review activities and goals, identifying training needs, and working with trainers to enhance agent performance will be essential. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans, improving agent productivity and persistency, maintaining product sales ratios, and adhering to business norms will contribute to achieving business targets. By being an MLI brand ambassador and a customer champion, you will follow MLI sales practices to cultivate deep customer loyalty. Holding periodic customer meetings, responding to customer queries satisfactorily, and understanding customer needs will enhance customer centricity. Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of business plans and GPAs, successful recruitment, development, and activation of agents as per plan, the number of monthly active agents, persistency rates, and the number of MDRT agents. To qualify for this role, you must have a sales background, a minimum of 2 years of experience with at least 6 months in your last job, and be between 24 to 35 years of age. Employment in BFSI/Structured Company, limited job changes in a year, a minimum of 2 years in the base location/city, and experience in customer-centric solutions, BFSI, conducting career seminars for agents, sales, agency development, and agent quality recruitment are essential. Additionally, no active IRDAI license, no employment in no poach companies or negative universities, and no freshers/LI/BFSI preferred candidates are allowed. Surrendering an active IRDAI license before joining is mandatory.,
