Overview:
The individual is responsible for enabling the sales function through solution preparation, tender documentation, and vendor coordination. This role demands strong vendor/OEM negotiation skills, excellent business communication, and rigorous data hygiene discipline across SAP, CRM, and MIS. The individual will act as a commercial-savvy execution partner, ensuring first-time right submissions and professional representation of TAK in front of global partners and clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contribute technical expertise in Integrated Electronic Security domains including gate management, CCTV, perimeter fencing, and access control systems.
2. Apply networking knowledge to design, validate, and integrate solutions for customer requirements.
3. Prepare solutions and technical/commercial documentation aligned to sales requirements.
4. Manage RFI/EOI/RFP responses, tender compilation, and proposal writing with accuracy and compliance.
5. Communicate and negotiate with vendors/OEMs (including international brands) to secure competitive inputs and terms.
6. Develop cost sheets, BoQ/BoM comparisons, and support pricing decisions using advanced Excel skills
7. Maintain data accuracy and discipline in SAP/CRM for case updates, opportunity tracking, and MIS reporting
8. Support site survey documentation, drawings, and solution design coordination with Engineering
9. Provide clean and professional communication, emails, and documentation for client and vendor interactions.
10. Assist Sales and Presales leadership in improving win rate through superior submissions and vendor engagement.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate in Engineering/Technology/Business (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/IT/Commerce). MBA is a plus, not mandatory.
2. 5-7 years of presales/technical sales experience in technology, security, or electro. Optical domains.
3. Knowledge of Integrated Electronic Security systems (including gate management, CCTV, perimeter fencing, and access control systems) and Networking fundamentals is required.
4. Strong vendor/OEM communication and cost negotiation capabilities.
5. Excellent written English and professional email etiquette.
6. Proficiency in Excel (cost sheets, BoQ/BoM, landed cost analysis), PowerPoint, and Word.
7. Experience with SAP/CRM systems for data management and reporting.
8. Ability to produce accurate, compliant proposals and tender submissions under deadlines.
9. Presentable, confident, and professional in interactions with global partners and clients.
10. Willingness to travel occasionally for vendor/client meetings and site support.
11. Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
