Database & System Maintenance Maintain a costing master database covering process norms, standard rates, and resource cost indexes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Facility and Security Services sector. Conduct end-to-end client meetings including presentations, negotiations, and finalizing service contracts. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in Facility Management and/or Security Services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage complete meeting cycles. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
