1. Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing warehouse staff, including training, development, and performance management.
2. Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, including inventory management and control.
3. Implement and maintain effective warehouse processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
5. Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping accuracy, and on-time delivery.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
8. Assist in managing warehouse budgets and expenses.
9. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of warehouse activities and performance.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
