Assistant Warehouse Manager

As the Manager of 3PL warehouse operations with multiple clients, your primary responsibility is to ensure the profitable functioning of the end-to-end warehouse operations. This includes managing inbound activities, accurate PUTAWAY processes, and timely processing of B2C orders and RTO for all customers. You will be in charge of maintaining zero SLA breaches and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure zero variances. In addition, you will oversee the timely dispatch of orders with 100% accuracy, provide adequate and timely reporting to customers as per the agreement terms, and recruit/train warehouse personnel according to the approved budgeted manpower. Your role will also involve advanced planning of packing materials to ensure sufficient inventory for all customers. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 8-10 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, as well as proficiency in data management and analytics are essential for success in this position. Your internal coordination will involve collaboration with all relevant departments within the organization, while external coordination will be required with all clients. By effectively managing these responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and profitable operation of the 3PL warehouse function.,
