Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, logistics coordination, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, accurate record-keeping, and timely distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift operators, etc.).
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Plan and optimize space utilization and warehouse layout.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely deliveries.
• Monitor and improve KPIs like order accuracy, picking speed, and delivery timelines.
• Train new staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Handle returns, damaged goods, and customer complaints efficiently.
• Implement cost-saving measures and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• experience (0 to 1+ years) in warehouse or logistics management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
