Assistant Warehouse Manager

As a skilled and organized Warehouse Manager, your role will involve overseeing daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include managing and monitoring inventory levels, overseeing goods in and out, processing orders efficiently, maintaining the warehouse system, preparing documentation, conducting stock audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimal discrepancies. - Oversee goods in and out, including loading, unloading, and proper documentation. - Process customer and internal orders efficiently and ensure timely dispatch. - Maintain the Cretate warehouse system from Scratch and storage areas. - Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and related documentation for received stock. - Conduct periodic stock audits and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams. - Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (minimum 2-3 years preferred). - Strong knowledge of stock handling, GRN, and inventory control systems. - Ability to operate warehouse management software or Excel for tracking inventory. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Capable of leading a small team and maintaining warehouse discipline. - Physically fit to manage warehouse duties when required.
