We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the accounts and finance team with daily accounting tasks, bookkeeping, data entry, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Experience - minimum 2 yr

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and financial record-keeping.
Prepare and enter vouchers (purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal).
Maintain ledgers, cash book, and other financial records.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries.
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
Generate and review financial reports and invoices.
Support the preparation of GST, TDS, and tax returns
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice and payment queries.
Assist with audits and financial reviews as required.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Diploma in Accounting or Finance
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers may also apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debit/credit, ledgers, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data
