Assistant Warehouse Manager

Inventory Management:

• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts.

• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize accuracy.

• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.

• Planning of stock allocation as per region-wise split shared by all channels.

• Planning of stock transfer and end to end tracking till GRN.

• Prevention of OOS- Proactive monitoring of stock qty at middle mile and last mile and accordingly share plan to procurement for further stock flow.

• Coordination with procurement regarding stock planning for all channels and planning of further distribution.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement.

• TAT of Order processing - Monitoring of TAT of orders processed at the warehouse

Order Fulfillment:

• Oversee the order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Optimize order fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
