Assistant Vice President - Segmented Programs

Role Purpose

Responsible for ensuring delivery on Retail spends, Actives rate, spends per card target for the Portfolio.

Role Accountability

1. Plan and execute segmented, targeted and hyper personalized programs based on usage, activity and other portfolio cuts to achieve spends and engagement targets
2. Track revolver transactor behavior with an aim to grow revolvers and non- term interest income for the portfolio.
3. Analyze customer spend data across different categories of spends, such as POS, online, contactless etc. to drive usage further
4. Drive higher UPI penetration on Rupay card portfolio and drive UPI spends through segmented programs
5. Conduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new services or enhance existing services to drive spends, and offer customer centric offerings features for all card products.
6. Drive spends initiatives for selected mass portfolio seasonal and ongoing based on analytical support through BTL ATL marketing
7. Propose and implement strategies to change customer behavior while driving usage
8. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence

1. Spends, Spends / Account, Actives Rate
2. Asset Revolve Rate
3. Creation of Spend properties to leverage various spend occasions
4. Tracking of portfolio spends basis spend category, Vintage, Sourcing Channel & spends behavior
5. Process adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. Spends category understanding
2. Good knowledge on Consumer and Competition behavior and Credit Card Market Dynamics
3. Prior knowledge of segmentation, analytics, A/B Testing preferable

MBA /PGDBM
