Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada for an Assistant Vice President of Sales. The AVP of Sales will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage accounts, and lead sales operations to drive the growth of the organisation. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and leading sales teams to deliver exceptional results. The AVP will work closely with leadership to implement effective business development plans and achieve organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations
• Proven track record in Business Development and driving revenue growth
• Willing to travel extensively across the regions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Prior experience in the skill development or education sector is advantageous
• Should own car & license
