Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore for the role of Assistant Vice President of Sales. The role involves overseeing and driving sales growth, managing key account relationships, leading sales operations, and developing strategic business opportunities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business prospects, and developing strategies to expand the company’s reach and revenue. Strong collaboration with various teams to align sales initiatives with business goals will also be a key component of the role.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities and formulate growth strategies
  • Experience in Sales Management and Sales Operations, ensuring efficient processes and maximizing performance
  • Strong background in Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a sales team towards achieving goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
  • Should own car & valid license


Immediate joiners who can reliably commute or relocate to coimbatore only can apply. Irrelevant profiles will not be considered. Prior B2B Edtech experience is mandatory.
